When clicking anything in "Places" it opens Rhythmbox

When I open the places menu, and click something such as my home folder, or any of my removable media it opens rhythmbox. It will not open those places in nautilus. This is quit frustrating. However if I type nautilus in terminal it will open and I can browse my files just find. Seems like a very strange issue. Any ideas?
