Heretic 2 (or Heretic II) unable to enable OpenGL mode.

Has anyone managed to install Heretic II for linux (with the new installer at http://www.liflg.org/?catid=7) and get OpenGL to work? I already made the symlink in my /usr/lib32 directory as needed, but it tells me it can't set a video mode (even if windowed). Mind if I can get some help here?

Were you able to solve the OpenGl issue? Are you using the Linux version or the Windows one? Are you using a 64 bit environment?
Moreover, how did you create the symlink in your /usr/lib32 directory?!
