I recall asking users for info on their screenshots a few times here with no reply, I even went to the trouble of starting a fresh account under a different name. to see if that had better results.

I don't haver a problem with anyone not sharing it's just when no reply either way never comes about.

I seriously doubt its your username. Did you try PM-ing them?

This thread changes fast, chances are they did not even see you ask. A few pages ago a fellow asked about a theme that was already explained a page before just because he did not see the follow up.

^^^ THIS +100! -- They probably either: missed your post; already explained it in a previous post; are using something similar to what they already use [eg "Not much different..." ie See their previous posts]; or, in a lot of cases, are using their own modifications or themes which are too difficult to explain in a short post or without distributing unfinished work.

Things is looking pretty much the same as last time except for a new background and some minor tweaks.

I'm liking the blue scheme, especially with those icons. Different from the usual light or dark themes

Those style breadcrumbs are becoming quite popular - I'm interested to see what they look like in vanilla nautilus, they've given me an idea for breadcrumbs which should work (in theory) with both nautilus elementary and vanilla *off to download zuki and force version my nautilus for a moment*

If everyone says they love it, it just means they're being polite and aren't really looking closely.

With regards to the usability comments, just go with the "Everyone but me has a badly calibrated monitor" mindset. ;-P

Lol, yeah that must be what it is - badly calibrated monitors.... Or perhaps CRT monitors from 91 that have died and can only display magenta.

most times people do reply, but sometimes the questions are missed.
no need to create a new account...
just simply go to the members profile page, and leave them a visitor note,
asking what you need to know,
they will b e happy to oblige im sure.
and they will surely see it.
