    Asus Crosshair IV Network Problem

Ok so I just finished building this computer, installed Vista (eww :/) earlier today, and got Ubuntu 9.04 installed after that.

In Vista I had to use the disc that came with the crosshair to install the network driver.
I can't figure out how to make Ubuntu recognize the network (I have an ethernet cable plugged in and connected to my router, it works on Vista, but Ubuntu won't recognize it).

I ~think~ I'm just missing a driver, but I'm not sure how to get the driver.

Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

"Failure is NOT an option. It comes bundled with Windows."
    That's why I got Ubuntu

When looking through settings (I didn't change anything) my screen also just went into a Rainbow Color. I'm not sure if this is significant to the above problem or not.

((I just looked at the Display settings and the refresh rate was set to 0 somehow)

Great MB. You sure you enabled the network interfaces in the BIOS ? Also while you are in there, check all the graphics preferences. Sounds like Ubuntu install didn't recognise chipsets etc.
