Pls help, I am new to Ubuntu

Hiii to all here.
I am new to ubuntu.I use windows in my p.c.
But i want to learn ubuntu and completely switch to linux from
windows.Can you pls suggest me any free e-book which i can download,
read and get the first details regarding ubuntu so that i can install
and learn using ubuntu.
