Virtual Box Window XP small screen

I have Orcale Virtual Box with Windows XP as the virtual guest machine. The host is Ubuntu 10.04 . The windows XP had been running fine but now it has a very small screen. In the session information, it say the screen resolution is 200 x 200 x 32. I have no idea of how I changed the screen resolution but now I can only see a small square showing the power off icon. Any suggestion on how to change Wxp screen size back when I can access nothing in Windows?

I'm pretty sure you should look at the settings for that VM, in VirtualBox. Sorry, I'm 3,000 miles away from my primary machine where VirtualBox is installed.

You need to install the guest additions. They are in the top drop down menu on a running Vbox install.

Thanks for the relies, I solved my problem by going to Machine>Reset in Virtual Box and that fixed my problem. Thanks a lot for the replies.
