Adding a keyboard input layout is possible?

    Hi.
Installed latest Lubuntu today and I have 2 languages available as I chose them in the setup (Hebrew + US) but I need to add another input language (Russian) and can't find how to do it.
I searched all over the net but all tutorials are for Ubuntu saying to choose "Keyboard Preferences" where there is a layout tab.
No such thing in Lubuntu :\
    Help please, I'm stuck.

I never used Lubuntu, but try to run gnome-keyboard-properties (Alt+F2 or in a console).

All right, i understand why that did'nt work (lubuntu uses lxde, not gnome ).
    Try setxkbmap command.
