If I had this machine on my bench...
I would remove/un-plug EVERYTHING that is not essential to booting..
Drives can stay installed, but un-plug power and data cables.
all extension cards should be removed (leave video if needed)
disconnect the power supply cables going to the mother-board.
leave only the keyboard, RAM, and video.
come back to it in the morning
plug the power supply cables back on the motherboard
plug in mains, and try booting.
