I've tried, I tried to convert the file. flv using Sony NWZ-818 device, then I click add to queue, then a message box appears telling me to install plugins GStreamer element x264enc, when I click ok, then appears the message "Can not add items to the queue Because of missing elements! ". How to solve this problem? Thank's.

ffmpeg is by far the best, although it's quite tricky to use. Have a look around on google for tutorials.

Just go into the software center and under installed find Arista Transcoder and click more info. At the bottom select the plugins you want and click Apply changes
