Under System from the top panel menu, select administration then login screen app. Hit the unlock button and you should be able to select a user to login automatically.

    1. Turn on the computer and press the Esc key.
    2. Select the option that says recover mode.
    3. Our PC is boot into a shell. once we get the command prompt type the password username which should bring it up.
    4. Enter the new password when prompted and again the prompted type shutdown the for reboot our system.
And again you will login with new password.
