HP mini 110 Window size

Hey all,
I just got registered and believe that this is the place to post a question. I have an HP mini 110 and ran into one small issue. The window size for the evolution mail app is to large to fit on screen so I can't set it up. I of course tried to click drag the side to resize but won't work. And also tried to pull it up to see the bottom. Is it an issue with the video driver or is something else that I need to do. Am up to date with patches so I am not sure what the issue is.

Just to be clear I cant resize the window so that I can do the setup. I can't get the buttons on the screen due to the window size.

There is a feature in most (if not all) linux distributions that allows you to move a window by holding the Alt key, and then click-dragging the window to the desired position.
