I've got some domain names and websites that I'm looking to move to a good FOSS supporter for both registration and hosting. The sites are just PHP, but I might not mind paying a bit more to have the option of some Python/WSGI action - especially if the company looks like they've got some principals.

I heard FSF uses Gandi, and they have a list of supported projects (like VLC, which is cool), but they also are pushing "sitemaker", which seems like an evil flash/paid-service type of deal. DreamHost, on the other hand, seems to spend time making life easy for folks who want to use true FOSS projects like Drupal and Wordpress.

Thoughts?
