Ah hello, most people like to get Compiz which you can find in the software center, it's great for tricking out your experience. Then you'll want to get the Compiz Fusion Icon to easily fix any issues. You're also going to want to get the Ubuntu-restricted-extras. The Medibuntu PPA.
