The wallpaper is the February issue of Ubuntu Calendar.
Use synaptic to fetch it.

You'll need to change to the calendar wallpaper. Downloading the wallpaper is only half the problem solved.

use synaptic to install the ubuntu calendar application... it will also select and install the February calenadar wall paper...

after Synaptic has finished, right click on the desktop and select change background, then scroll down until you find the february wallpaper (there will be two versions, normal and widescreen) select the correct one, and Bob's your Father's Brother...

Or if you choose "Ubuntu Monthly Calendar" instead of "Ubuntu February Calendar", wallpaper will be updated automatically every month.
