configure ubuntu for adsl access

Hi all. Im trying to configure ubuntu for adsl access. like in windows it is set up in internet explorer via "Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Lan settings/Address" the proxy is at http://adslproxy.sun.ac.za/igmproxy.pac. Please how can I do this in ubuntu?

I've never done this, but try right clicking the network manager icon. Choose "Edit Connections". There is a tab for DSL.
