Move window without switching workspace

On the window menu there are two options
-Move window to Workspace Left
&
-Move window to Workspace Right
These commands move the window to an adjacent workspace without changing the active worksapce. I cannot however find anywhere to set hotkeys for this. Can anyone help me either a. Check what command that actually runs
or
b. Tell me where I can setup a hotkey for that

Hi there!!

You can change the keyboard shortcuts if u go to.
System->Preferences->keyboard shortcuts.

I suggest you to install COMPIZ CONFIG because you can change all the effects as you want.

sudo aptitude install compizconfig-settings-manager
