Are ubuntu cd images updated on the servers??

I am currently troubled by this bug. Managed to work around it, but it led to an increase in the boot time(38sec).
So, iwas just wondering if the Ubuntu images are updated after fixing such bugs.(I want to make a nice clean install )
Anyone know anything about this??

Not generally, not for Karmic which is what you seem to be running.

The LTS editions (eg, 10.04) get a few respins periodically throughout their life span.

Oh! I forgot! i am using Lucid right now.Did a clean install. Had to workaround the bug.(check the link in the previous post)

The first Lucid updated CD 10.04.1 is due sometime in July.
