anyone have a laser all-in-one that they would like to praise?
i'm having a hard time looking for one.
most of the ones with ethernet port prints alright. but scanning is pratically impossible without binary blobs.
Re: laser all-in-one
Ended up getting a BW one from brother
relatively cheap, duplex printing (one side scanning), no fax crap, lot's of network protocols, not too slow (still to confirm warm up time).
downside is that reviewers mention it will flash the lights in the house when warming up and print quality may not be all that good.
it says it require binary drivers, but that i can also print from standard network protocols and scan to a FTP server. so, i think i'm covered.
