Cannot use Eclipse

Just downloaded Eclipse Platform from "Software Center" options. Software is running but I can't use any "builders" in a project. There is a nice "Welcome" screen, but this issue of installing builders is not covered anywhere!

Any help available? I'm looking for the Java builder.

BUMP!! - Same problem again!
What is the point of deploying such an Eclipse variant which doesn't have a Java builder installed? It doesn't even tell you in the help files a word about it!
