    Is this always so easy

    Am I just lucky?
I first installed Ubuntu 10.04 onto my old Dell Dimension 300 and every thing worked great so I just got rid of XP on my old EeePC 900 and installed 10.04 on that.
Every thing works even the WiFi was easy to set up.
On the EeePC 900 the machine seems to run a lot faster than it did on XP too.
    One very happy bunny

    Welcome to the free world

Is is so easy most if the time, but still there are some combinations of hardware which are not liked by 10.04 and demands a little more struggle. Ubuntu has evolved a lot through the latest 2-3 years.
Bringing old hardware back to life. About problems due to upgrading.
