    npviewer.bin is just killing my cpu

    hello i just did a clean install of 10.4 everything works great no problem only when am running Flash video the fan just crazy i look at the terminal i see the npviewer.bin hit 70,90 !!! i have the Gazelle Ultra is there any work around this i think Steve Jobs is right Flash has to go
    any help will be appreciated

    This has been happening a lot lately on my PanP5, which is still running 9.04. I think it started a week or two ago. I haven't found anything to do about it other than kill the process when it takes over a cpu.

    I don't know if you are have a 64 bit architecture, but if you do I recommend you try 64 bit flash plugin from adobe. I am getting some pretty crisp images and CPU utilization is nothing out of the norm.

    yes am running 64 lucid i just install the adobe prerelease it works better now the cpu runs around 50 -60
