Stuck on grub rescue

Hello! To begin, I am dual booting windows 8 with ubuntu 12.10 . I recently decided I didn't want ubuntu anymore so I deleted the partition from windows 8 and when I rebooted got the grub rescue prompt. I tried booting from ubuntu and super grub from usb but it didn't boot from it and went right back to grub rescue. Windows disk did the same. I wouldn't mind having to reformat if need be.

I said in OP that I cant boot from a windows disk so none of these would work.
