I know that the built in drivers work, however, I would like better control over them (resolution and 3D). How can I install the ATI Radeon drivers to my system? I found instructions for SUSE/RedHat, but as expected, they do not work.
Back when I started using Ubuntu, I used a site call mylittleubuntuguide.com that had some excellent set up scripts that installed the ATI drivers, but this site is no longer available (for some time now). Maybe someone has access to the ATI script and I can work with that?
My main issue is playing games like Americas Army, where the video is choppy, but usable. And I am unable to load 3D, but would like better.
Dell Inspiron 6400 (e1505)

2 GB Ram

Any guidance is appreciated.
