How do I get this to work... i'm in Israel, and my provider is talk n save which uses the cellcom network.
I've tried wvdialconf and no luck...

Go to the network manager , and you will see "Create a new broadband connection" or something like this.
In the wizzard choose your modem , israel , cellcom
After that edit this connection and add to DNS 212.143.212.143
