would Bluetooth mouse issues be fixed?

    Hi.

I have a microsoft laser bluetooth 5000 mouse, and when using ubuntu 904 and 910, even tried 1004 RC, it will not pair to the computer, the mouse tries to connect, but then goes back to intermitent lights, indicating it is waiting for pairing.
Ubuntu shows the device as added, but does not connect. Even when I go back to windows I have to remove it and add it back again to be able to use it (in windows).

This tells me this is something to the hardware level, since I can use the mouse in different windows machines with no problems.

Found several people with the same issue when searching in google, but no solution to them (most of them don't even get an answer, I hope this post will).

Did you install all updates? Have a look here:
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...ez/+bug/343727

tons or workarounds in there (eg #10).

I dont know about lucid, as the problem no longer occurs on my laptop since quite some time.
