Remove ALL Gnome Panels
Hey everyone!
I want to solely use AWN for my desktop.
I no longer need any panels.
I can not delete the last panel on my desktop, the 'Delete This Panel' is grayed out.
I've already searched the forums and found two commands that could work in previous versions of Ubuntu, but they do not work in Karmic.
Here is the output of my term with the results of each command:
$ killall
gnome-panel
$ gnome-session-remove
gnome-panel
gnome-session-remove: command not found
The '$ killall gnome-panel' actually does kill the panel... however it comes back just as soon as it is removed.
Thank you very much and God bless,
Johnathan
