BOOTMGR is compressed. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart - What to do?

Hi I have a dual boot windows 7 and ubuntu latest version.

When I turn on PC it comes to the grub window, I choose windows and I am told:

BOOTMGR is compressed. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I restart and the cycle just repeats itself....

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thanks....

I fixed the problem. I had accidentally compressed the C Drive for Windows. If you put in the installation disk you access the C Drive and uncompress and it boots fine.

Thought id share that with you all!
