Webpage as a wallpaper for 'a' workspace?

Hi guys I wonder it's possible for make a webpage as a wallpaper for a workspace.

What I'm trying to create is the ultimate Twitter experience. The idea is that I found this great site: http://hootsuite.com It's really a VERY good twitter client and I want to make it as a wallpaper of a workspace. Oh and I wonder if I can make it FULL screen, i.e without panels. This way, I can move to the workspace and deal with Twitter beautifully.

Don't you think that this is a good idea?
