    Exclamation Ubuntu 9.1 Lamp

I am trying to get a LAMP server setup in a very short period of time for a proof of concept involving some web software. I am already downloading Ubuntu server but I was wondering if 9.1 had a LAMP installation option still.

    Thanks!

    Re: Ubuntu 9.1 Lamp

When you install ubuntu 9.10 server there is an option for setting up a LAMP server (which install apache, php and mysql with all their dependencies).

    That should fit your requirements

    Re: Ubuntu 9.1 Lamp

Well go through the installation process starting with the first option "Install ubuntu Server"

It will configure a bunch of stuff and at some point ask you what you want to do with the machine

    LAMP will be one option
