    Dial up accelerator

    Hello

I need to know if there is any dial up accelerators for Ubuntu. The ISP I need them for is Localnet.

    Re: Dial up accelerator

"Dial Up Accelerators" is a misnomer. ISPs cache frequently used sites on their servers so they can serve them up quicker. You simply can't force more data across a dialup connection than it is able to accommodate.

Therefore, no software should be needed to use your ISPs "accelerator".

The software they give you for winders has some other function.

    Hello

Does ADSL require more infrastructure than telephone lines?

Dial-up is all that is available
