    Audio Problems

    Hi all!
    I'm just started to use linux.
    i installed Ubuntu (Ubuntu 9.10 (karmic)) on my tx2z laptop.
    everything was fine. then I decorated my theme by this instruction

    and than i installed all of drivers that was in my "hardware driver"s menu.
    --
    only after this I rebooted my system. and my sound disapeared.
    I tried all that i found on this forum, but that not helps )

    help if you know in what is problem. please write to me what information you need (and how to get this information) and I will reply.

    Hi Mpa4Hu,

    Welcome to Ubuntu forums!

    Did you add the line to alsa-base.conf described in "7) Sound" at this HOW TO?

    thx Favux.yes I tried, toshiba, acer, and hp to )) but it did nothing.
