I'm using Compiz on Ubuntu 9.10. I have the widget layer enabled. In certain applications (e.g., Eclipse), when I switch to the widget layer and switch back, the original window (Eclipse) cannot regain focus until I switch to and from the widget layer a second time or minimize and restore Eclipse. I can't reproduce this with all windows, but it happens most reliably with Eclipse. Any ideas?

Using 10.04 here, and if I have the widget layer activated, I cannot click to focus: An alt-tab is required to focus the window. If I close the foreground window, the background window is not focused, even when clicked. Disabling the widget layer restores normal behaviour. This is a shame, I like being able to hide widgets and summon them at will - it's the main benefit of ubuntu over windows for me.
