Veejay and Ubuntu 9.10 Local Host?
Ok well I hope some one can shed some light on this because to be quite honest this is not very well documented any where (i'm happy to be proved wrong)! Well I'm now running Veejay, an open source VJ application originally written for DYNE:BOLIC now ported onto Ubuntu. I got this installed via the .DEB packages found on the Veejay website (www.veejayhq.net). These packages are the Veejay Program and the GUI named reloaded. When you start VeeJay and Reloaded it gives you a terminal and a small GUI window. This is where I get stuck, it asks for an IP address and a port number. I understand that this is something to do with networking. Having never looked into Networking (I ARE A MULTIMEDIA MAN) I am pretty stumped. Please forum, Tell me what to do!
