Flashplugin-installer or nonfree

I am looking in synaptic and there is two flash plugin installers. One is flashplugin-installer and the other is flashplugin-nonfree. I am not sure which is best for performance. In the past I have just went to the adobe site and downloaded there and installed, 64bit. I decided on Karmic Koala to look and see what was offered and now I am not sure which is the best way to go.
