    Lightbulb Python Programming Logon

I have a thing in Python that Logs you on; However I want Other People or Users to edit Username or Password. I was wondering if I could save their password or username into a text file that python can compare the users input to. So is their a way?

I don't quite understand your problem. Reading things from file is quite simple, so that can't really be it, then your problem would be adding this to the existing "thing" but without an accurate description of the "thing" (maybe even its source code) I doubt anyone can be of any help.
