Help installing a plugin for RhythmBox

I downloaded this Equalizer plugin from here:

I put it in the .local Rhythmbox Plugin folder but when I check the plugins section of RhythmBox it doesn't appear.

I tried following the install instructions below as well but no luck.

That plugin looks old and rb has gone to a newer plugin architecture. You'll probably have better luck with: https://github.com/luqmana/rhythmbox-plugins

I'm a bit confused on how you install the equalizer plugin from that link. I just clicked on the folder and saved all the files there to my computer, put them in a folder, and put it in the plugins directory. But it still isn't showing up in my rhythmbox.

edit: Just saw the zip file, nevermind!
