Public NTP servers in WA

Anyone here know of any good ntp servers in WA that allow public access? Using the 'Web Search' on ntp.org for 'WA' or 'Washington' returns seven time servers, only *one* of which is marked 'Open Access'. That one server 'time-nw.nist.gov' appears to be hosted by Microsoft... is that the best/all we have in this state? Obviously the pool servers will work just fine, but I thought generally the closer (geographically speaking) the time server, the better?

Although it purports to be a level-1 NTP server, it permits individuals to connect. I've been doing it since 2002.
