    Windows7 upgrade removed dual boot

I had Windows Visat and Ubuntu Studio 9.10 dual booting on my sigle drive. Since I upgraded my windows to 7, I no longer have a option of dual OS systems. I have found topics showing how to reload grub frum ubuntu, but can only run windows at the moment.

You need to use the ubuntu cd with Try Ubuntu option. You can't restore it from windows.
