Looks like rms is giving talks in Buffalo, Rochester, Troy, Schenectady, and Albany later this month. None for those of us downstate yet. He'll be at RIT on the 24th: Free Software in Ethics and in Practice. Edit: probably also worth mentioning that DebConf10's being held in New York City in August. More info on a wiki.

FOSSCON will be held at RIT in Rochester as well. http://www.fosscon.org New York State is awash with FOSS goodness this year.
