No. The System76 Driver would not be able to identify the model of your machine to apply patches. And even if it did, there is no guarantee the patches we apply to our lemur would fix your netbook.

Seeing as I seem to have the same webcam as Mark.ST, do you have any idea where I might be able to get the necessary driver/fix?

Have been pretty much searching everywhere (the manufacturer's site included)!

Shoot me an email (support...at...system76...dot...com) and I'll send you the latest driver. It's a python application, but it contains the code for compiling the webcam driver.

We're unable to provide support for non-System76 machines, but I'll try to get you pointed in the right direction.
