How do I remove Accessibility icon from Notification Area?

Try this:

1.Click on "System"
2. Click on "Preferences"
3. Click on Keyboard
4. Go to the Accessibility tab
5. Untick 'Accessibility features can be toggled with keyboard shortcuts'
