    Move Media alternative

Is there any alternative for Move Media? i can't watch any videos (ABC, EsMas...) and i don't want to switch over to windows just for this.
I've tried with IE4Linux but it doesn't work.

I'm not sure what Move Media is, but if it is a media center, I prefer to use Moovida. http://www.moovida.com - I think.
I'm currently creating a website about ubuntu. Check it out here.
