Blank CD/DVDs don't have eject in context menu

In nautilus, blank CD/DVDs don't have eject in their context menu (only unmount). The eject icon next to the drive in the side pane does not eject the drive and the hardware button on the drives do not eject the disc. I currently have to use the eject command from a terminal to eject the trays. Is this a problem for anyone else or should I file a bug report?

    I have the same "problem".
It's not really a problem to me because the hardware button still works.
Also, the disc sometimes gets inserted back again automagically when i eject it with the hardware button.
A bug report may be needed to fix this. I can't imagine it to be hard to fix.
