    Angry Can't install Video Driver

    i have a nvidia ion le graphics card. before i had the glx-195 driver working, but after an update, i does not load this driver and i have tried to install the driver through hardware drivers program and all i get when trying to activate it is
    SystemError: installArchives() failed
    in synaptic when i try to install i get an error saying
    E: /var/cache/apt/archives/nvidia-glx-195_195.30-0ubuntu1~karmic~nvidiavdpauppa5_i386.deb: subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 2
    please help.

    Sorry, I don't know what the errors mean. First thing I would try is installing the 190 drivers from the nvidia site: then if that didn't work I would try this method for the 195 drivers:
