Cool Are there any free Delphi IDEs out there ?

Basically, after a few hours of research, I still have nothing in my hands ( except something called Delphi 2009, which isn't a free software ). Are there any free Delphi IDEs available for those who want to learn it, not to build business class software and things like that ? I mean, I'm doing it for fun - if I need to pay $100 just for the tools, screw it ..

Platform: Windows ( I'm not even sure if it runs on Linux )

Actually, there is a free tool called Lazarus which is similar to Delphi, and uses FreePascal. I have not yet been able to get this to work, but it's due to lack of trying.

However AFAIK, this is for Linux only. Please see this thread for more details.
