I have an HP 7410 that is wirelessly connected to my router.
I've installed Ubuntu 9.10 as a virtual machine inside VM Player.
Net access works well, but I can't figure how to find the printer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Open System/Administration/Printing, and click on New. Ubuntu should find the printer and install the proper drivers for it. Installing hplip will give you a little more fuctionality, but it's not strictly necessary.
Already tried that. It couldn't find the printer.
I don't know much about printing in VM, but are you certain the printer is connected to the network? If it is, Ubuntu should see it, unless it's a VM problem.
