    install from cdrom fails at boot screen

    I'm trying to install 9.10 from a cdrom...
    the process gets to the ubuntu screen.
    No matter which option I choose though the machine freezes.
    One time a got a little box that said something like "boot drive not mounted".

    Does anyone have any advice for me?

    It was a bad burn of a CD.
