9.10 doesn't detect Windows 7 NTFS partition. Shows up as blank.

I've previously had 9.04 installed alongside Windows 7 beta and it worked just fine. When Windows 7 came out as retail I wiped my harddisk completely and installed just Windows 7. I shrank the partition with the included Windows tools to get about 50 GB free space for 9.10.

Now when I try install 9.10 and reach the partitioner I get a completely empty harddisk. Manual partitioning shows empty disk as well.

Does anyone know how to fix?

I experience exact the same problem. How can i install 9.10 next to Windows 7?

I suspect that the changed way Windows 7 handles the partition table is at the root of this.

Consult this ubuntu community document to see what you should have done to get the partitions usable and visible.
