    EVGA UV-16 (UV Plus+) almost working in 9.10

    For those who have been wanting to use their EVGA USB-to-VGA devices, it seems like 9.10 may be our release. I've made some progress on our thread over at the EVGA forums (http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.asp?m=475751). Please take a read and help out... I think that we're close on this one!
