    Here is a list of games I have that run native on Linux:
    1. World of Goo
    2. Doom3
    3. Cold War (http://www.linuxgamepublishing.com)

    http://www.linuxgamepublishing.com ports a lot of games to Linux, include some pretty new ones. You should be able to download demos of these games to ensure they work on your system.

    Just voted. I'm late to reach this thread but I hope they can consider making Torchlight II a native Linux port! Until then... I'm playing in a virtualbox
